Terms and Conditions – Supply Circuit
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. Application These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods by you (the

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to
purchase from our website.
2. Interpretation Consumer: an individual acting outside their trade or business. Contract: the
agreement between you and us for the sale of goods. Goods: the products advertised on our

3. Goods Descriptions are for guidance only and may vary slightly. All goods are subject to
availability. We may make changes where required by law or safety.
4. Account & Personal Information You are responsible for maintaining your account details
securely. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may contact you via
email or post regarding your order.
5. Basis of Sale Orders are subject to acceptance. A contract is formed when you receive an order
confirmation email. You must ensure all order details are correct before submitting.
6. Price & Payment Prices are shown on the website and include VAT where applicable. Payment
must be made at the time of order using accepted methods.
7. Delivery We aim to deliver within agreed timeframes, and no later than 30 days unless otherwise
stated. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We may charge for failed
delivery attempts.
8. Risk & Ownership Goods become your responsibility upon delivery. Ownership transfers only
once full payment is received.
9. Cancellation & Returns You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods.
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation. You are responsible for return
shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be issued once goods are received and
inspected.
10. Exceptions to Returns We cannot accept returns for custom or personalised items, perishable
goods, or opened sealed items once unsealed.
11. Product Quality Goods will be of satisfactory quality, match their description, and be fit for
purpose. Manufacturer warranties apply where provided.
12. Data Protection We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws. We only use your data to
fulfil orders and improve our services.
13. Liability We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
We are not liable for indirect or unforeseen losses.
14. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15. Complaints If you have an issue, please contact sales@supplycircuit.co.uk and we will aim to
respond within 48 hours.

Returns / Refunds
Items may only be returned unused within 14 days of purchase. Opened, unsealed and used items will be subject to either refusal or a restocking charge of 15%.
All items are thoroughly inspected upon return and no exceptions are made on restocking fees. Items requested for return after this time may be accepted but will be subject to restocking charges.
All return postage charges are the customers responsibility. For item faults, please get in touch if unsure. All warranty information is displayed on each product page - within warranty periods, it is most common to get in touch with the manufacturer directly for RMA.
Refunds are processed within 5 days of the item being received.
